  3. Structural and tectonic studies on the transform system of Tierra del Fuego region (PNRA project)
  4. Late Quaternary glacial history of Patagonian and Tierra del Fuego lakes (Italian-Argentinean joint project)
  5. Involved in the geophysical and geological projects within the Italian “Programma Nazionale di Ricerche in Antartide” (PNRA), and co-proponent of the OGS surveys in the circum-Antarctic seas
  6. International consultant for the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs for defining the extension of the Argentine EEZ, based on the Art. 76 of the Law of the Seas (UNCLOS)
  7. Involved in the Ocean Drilling Program (ODP) for the interpretation and integration of the geological and geophysical data acquired during the ODP Leg 164 “Gas Hydrates” in the Blake Ridge region
